Living Arrangements


The San Monique sleeps 18 with 9 individual bedrooms that are split into 5 different units with private entrances. Each bedroom and living space has a large flat-screen TV. Individual units can be rented as well as the entire complex.

Main House

Upstairs at the main house has 1 bedroom with king sized bed, 2 queen bedrooms, and 2 living rooms with pullout couches, both queen size with memory foam mattresses. 3 full bathrooms are upstairs. 3 bedrooms have a balcony with views of the Gulf close by.

Downstairs has a large living room with a beautiful large stainless steel finished, fully equipped kitchen, a large L-shaped couch, 99in tv, and a half bath.


Adjacent Townhouses

Two adjacent units to the larger building are fully equipped with stainless steel kitchens.

Events

Daytime events can entertain 30 guests. Our lot has parking for 10 cars.  There is on-street parking less than a block away.


St Pete Beach is thriving, and you will have your own private getaway.  The surrounding area has plenty of activity for any kind of group and the San Monique grounds promote a peaceful atmosphere for your private retreat.
